01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the cb444 website, mobile browser platform, and all associated services operated under the cb444 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by cb444 and is accessible at https://cb444.bio.

By accessing the Platform, creating a cb444 account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, betting market, or promotional offer on cb444, you ("the User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cb444 Platform.

1. You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal construct.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. cb444 applies a minimum age of 21 for all real-money products on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and virtual sports. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Pakistani users without exception.
3. You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law applicable to you personally.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All funds associated with an underage account will be frozen and reviewed in accordance with cb444's responsible gaming obligations. Underage players are not entitled to withdraw any funds, including deposits, from a suspended account.

03Account Registration

To use real-money services on cb444, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all cb444 account registrations:

One Account Per Person

Each user may hold only one active cb444 account. The maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a different Pakistani mobile number, or a different CNIC number — is strictly prohibited. cb444 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and associated balances forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your active Pakistani mobile number (in 03XX-XXXXXXX format), and a valid date of birth. cb444 is not responsible for any consequence arising from a User's failure to provide accurate registration information.

Account Currency

All cb444 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency option. All deposits, bets, wins, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. cb444 does not apply any currency conversion at any stage of the transaction process.

Registration Confirmation

cb444 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration is not complete until cb444 has confirmed your account activation via your registered Pakistani mobile number.

04Account Security & cb444 Login

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cb444 Login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. The following security obligations apply to all cb444 account holders:

• You must not share your cb444 Login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your cb444 account, including for the purpose of placing bets on your behalf.
• You must notify cb444 immediately if you suspect that your cb444 Login credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• cb444 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

cb444 employs OTP-based two-factor verification for login attempts from new devices or unusual locations. You must keep your registered Pakistani mobile number active and accessible at all times to receive OTPs necessary for the cb444 Login process and for withdrawal verification.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

cb444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. cb444 does not accept foreign currency deposits, cryptocurrency payments, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount on cb444 is Rs 500 (Pakistani Rupees five hundred).
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your cb444 account instantly upon successful completion of the transfer on your mobile wallet.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah typically settle within one business hour, subject to banking network conditions.
• cb444 does not charge deposit fees. Your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which cb444 is not responsible.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and matching the CNIC on your cb444 account. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• cb444 requires CNIC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. cb444 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before releasing withdrawal funds.
• cb444 does not apply withdrawal fees beyond any applicable taxes or statutory deductions required under the applicable laws. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees.
• The minimum withdrawal amount on cb444 is Rs 1,000 (Pakistani Rupees one thousand).
• cb444 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected policy violations.
• Funds that originated from a bonus must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Refer to Section 7 for full bonus and wagering conditions.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. cb444 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts after written notice has been sent to the registered mobile number. The dormancy fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. You may reactivate a dormant account by completing the cb444 Login process and contacting support.

06Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the cb444 Platform. Product-specific rules (cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing, virtual sports) are published within each respective game or betting section of the Platform and should be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on cb444 are subject to acceptance by cb444 at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation message and a unique bet reference number. cb444 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the User's end, including issues related to Pakistani mobile network coverage.

Errors & Manifest Mistakes

cb444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on market terms that were published as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to pricing errors, feed failures, or technical faults. In such cases, the original stake amount will be returned to your cb444 account balance in PKR. cb444 will not pay out winnings calculated on manifestly erroneous odds.

Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets, including ball-by-ball cricket markets on PSL and international fixtures, are subject to suspension and settlement delays resulting from official match interruptions, adverse weather, power outages at the venue, or technical feed disruptions. cb444 is not responsible for any delay in market availability during live events.

Game Integrity

cb444 is committed to the integrity of all games and betting markets on the Platform. All slot and virtual game outcomes are governed by independently certified random number generators. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in a licensed studio environment under continuous video surveillance. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through technical means, collusion, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

07Bonuses & Promotions

cb444 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible Pakistani players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered cb444 account holders who have completed CNIC verification and meet any additional eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new cb444 accounts only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per Pakistani mobile number applies.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Wagering contribution rates vary by product: sports betting wagers typically contribute 100%, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and virtual sports contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited without notice.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cb444 Platform. Violation of any of the following prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances without recourse:

• Registering more than one cb444 account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or insider betting using non-public information about sporting events covered on cb444.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the cb444 Platform — including but not limited to the cb444 brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, text, graphics, game content, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cb444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cb444 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any cb444 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any cb444 software or game content.
• Use the cb444 brand name, logo, or any associated trademark in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation from cb444.

10Privacy & Data Protection

• Any decision to void, suspend, or settle a bet or game round differently from the User's expectation, where such decision is made in accordance with these Terms or cb444's published game and betting rules.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13Account Suspension & Closure

cb444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where cb444 reasonably determines that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account is associated with fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to cb444's regulatory compliance obligations or the integrity of the Platform.
• The account holder has provided false identity information during registration or verification.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 21.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation, any verified PKR balance in the account will be returned to the account holder via their last verified Pakistani payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonuses and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned upon closure.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting cb444 support. Upon closure, your account data will be retained for the period required by applicable law and cb444's regulatory obligations.

14Amendments to These Terms

cb444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, cb444 will provide notice to registered users via their Pakistani mobile number or through a prominent notice on the cb444 Platform homepage.

Continued use of the cb444 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The version of these Terms that was in effect at the time a bet was placed or a transaction was initiated will govern that specific transaction, subject to cb444's right to void transactions made in contravention of these Terms.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming licensing standards and the general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating under international licensing frameworks.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and cb444, you are encouraged to first contact cb444 customer support to seek an informal resolution. cb444 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, cb444 will provide a written final determination within 28 days of the formal dispute submission. cb444 encourages users to retain records of all relevant transactions, bet references, and communications when submitting a formal dispute.
